Founded in 1968 Leo's JOAD is one of the oldest JOAD clubs in the United States

 

LEO'S JOAD is a Junior Olympic Archery Development Program for youth ages 7-18. Classes are taught by our volunteer certified coaches and instructors. Located in West Falls, NY, the program runs from October through July. In the fall and winter seasons, 2 or 3 classes are held indoors, on Tuesday nights. In the spring, JOAD classes (Intermediate and Advanced) begin shooting outside, weather permitting. In addition, select Pre-JOAD shooters that may move up to JOAD for the following season will be asked to shoot outside. Due to equipment availability and class size, only a limited number of Pre-Joad shooters can be accommodated.

 

The cost is $10 per week and includes instructional shooting, use of equipment and range facilities.
